Retention Services is a records management module for Enterprise
Content Manager that allows users to define classes of documents
based on their retention policies within the organization.
Retention policies can be defined based on a time period
following a variety of events, and include a disposition for the
files when the time period is exceeded – the files can be

class, or frozen in a litigation hold.

patent pending plug-in for Adobe Acrobat allows for the
extraction of scalable vector graphics (SVG) from PDF files,
expanding Acrobat's standard copy tools. With the SVG Plug-in
for Adobe Acrobat, plots, graphs, drawings, and photographic
images can be extracted from PDF files and included in
presentations or reports along with a hyperlink back to the
original PDF file for traceability. The SVG Plug-in for Adobe
Acrobat is tightly integrated with and designed to be used in
