purchased Enterprise Content Manager, or an EZChrom Elite
Chromatography Data System, you invested in more than just a
software package. You also purchased the expertise of our
seasoned software support professionals. You are entitled to
90-days of free support after the purchase of your
software package. To verify this, we ask that you complete the
registration
form, including your serial number (found in the main menu
screen of software) for verification.*

Scientific Software customer with a valid service contract, you
can find information specifically for SSI customers in our Worldwide
CustomerCare Portal. The
CustomerCare Portal includes access to our frequently asked
questions, listings of product downloads, tools for submitting
incidents to our support team, and other information just for
